Miami man’s dream house built on wrong lot swapped
Carlos Gonzales, 27, learned his $52,000 Spanish style home was on the wrong lot after completion. The Roses of adjacent land agreed to swap lots and the builder will pay damages, likely around 3,000 dollars. Gonzales, who came from Cuba, says the fix leaves them able to enjoy the home. Neighbors have begun stopping by, curious about the unusual situation.
