A 24 year old Glasgow mother of six threw four children into the Milk River yesterday and jumped from a bridge to her own death. A fifth child survived by swimming to shore and later said the mother struck him with a hammer before throwing him in. Bodies of Jerry Campbell and Larry Campbell were recovered. authorities report head bruises and suspect the children were dead before hitting the water. A rescue attempt saved an officer from quicksand after the drownings. The husband, a Dakota Utilities employee, received a note saying I know I am crazy.
