Raleigh May 22 Ten thousand copies of Governor Bickett s call for volunteers were mailed to all parts of the state and letters sent to mayors seeking cooperation. A 17 000 acre site between Fayetteville and Manchester is offered for a concentration camp with training. Additional sites near Hamlet Asheville and Greensboro are proposed.
