Green Street Baptist Church completes the merger of Clara Cox and Mangum Avenue missions and opens a new E Grimes Avenue Chapel in High Point. Rev J D Allgood from Winston Salem becomes full time pastor. first services May 7 drew 154 attendees. He and his family have arrived to join Green Street work.
