Malpractice Law Changes Leave Core System Intact
North Carolina lawmakers trimmed a controversial malpractice package to a token set of changes. Senator Suddarth warned the package still harms minors’ rights and keeps courts accessible, yet he hailed limited gains for providers and insurers.
