Mrs Lola Kessler wife of A C L Kessler died at her Long street home last night at 7 oclock after a five year illness. She was born in Davie county on April 11 1887 and had lived in High Point four years. Surviving are her mother Mrs Sarah Temple husband and sister Mrs W S Williams all of this city. Funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 pm at Mrs Williams home 1311 Longstreet by Rev C C Keaton Winston-Salem. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.

Home of juror bombed after McLaughlin conviction

Eiche was away. his wife, three children, a sister, and six party guests were shaken.
