Special Bridge Winners Crowned at YWCA Event
Nineteen tables competed in the Central Carolina Bridge Assn special winners game at the YWCA. Section one NS winners included Mrs Paschal Abernethy and Mrs Frank Longcrier of Burlington in first place and several other couples from Greensboro Thomasville and Leaksville. EW winners featured Mr and Mrs Harvey Mathews and other pairs from Winston-Salem Burlington and Greensboro. Section two produced seven tables with Joe McCabe Jr and Ken Anderson Jr of Greensboro the first place team. The next game is set for June 8 at the Holiday Inn in Greensboro.
