Negroes Served In Nashville

In a related case, Dr. Richard Nesmith of MacMurray College was fined for disorderly conduct after dining with Negroes in Montgomery, while his wife and 10 white students were acquitted under a new city ordinance defining disorderly conduct as any act likely to provoke a breach of peace.
