Daughters-In-Law Host Luncheon for Susan Birdsong's Family
Mrs. Corpening entertains with a Friday buffet luncheon in High Point to honor Miss Susan Birdsong Corpening. Guests greet from the ladies lounge and mingle at a formal receiving line led by hostess Mrs. John Paylor Corpening and her mother Mrs. Harvard Birdsong of Suffolk Virginia. The event features aqua cloth and bisque cupid compote centerpieces with garden and pastel flowers, plus gardenia arrangements flanking the buffet. The Corpenings, formerly of Suffolk Greensboro Thomasville Randleman Point High, will move to New York City in June after residing in High Point.
