Miss Cindy Miller was entertained at a lingerie shower hosted by Mrs. Gurney Nall and Miss Charlotte Hayworth at the Nall home 407 Pam St. on Saturday evening. About 30 guests attended including Mrs. Anna Miller and Mrs. Ettie Wood. The honoree received a white carnation corsage and a white negligee. refreshments were served from a table with a white cloth and spring flowers, with a green and white color scheme throughout.

Golf Winners Told at Emerywood Country Club
An 18 hole Scotch foursome at Emerywood Country Club ended with a clubhouse buffet. Mrs. John Farrington led the event and awarded prizes. Two couples tied for low gross, second low net went to Joe Brinson and Mrs. Willis Slane, with Mrs. Farrington and Robert Cameron winning low net. Second low net went to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Woodruff.
