New York May 6 AP Nearly 6 750 000 more workers were employed in non agricultural private industries in March 1939 than in March 1933 said Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins in a speech praising federal labor legislation. Perkins predicted a housing boom with more than 400 000 homes built with private capital in 1939.
