Rhyne Rockingham May 4 three men were arrested in Fayetteville within 12 hours of the crime. Suspects named A K Puckett Sanford R L Swain Fayetteville and F M Cox Winston-Salem. Police say Moss identified the trio and that Puckett fired killing Rhyne during the holdup. Swain’s sister and Mrs Cox were witnesses.

High Point Man Killed in Crash Near Randleman
