After around eighteen months of work the new Domestic Relations Court for Guilford County opens tomorrow serving High Point Greensboro and nearby areas. The 10th annual North Carolina Frozen Food Locker Association convention opens with a ham and bacon show set for tomorrow. about 1,000 pounds of ham and bacon exhibits will be judged by Tom Bremer and Bill Brown from North Carolina State College. Hams will be sliced and judged on texture color moisture and taste. Proctor explains how country style ham is chosen by curing twang fat content and digestibility. Awards will be given at the banquet Monday night in the Sheraton Hotel Ballroom with Harry Caldwell as speaker. Registration opens this afternoon with a buffet dinner tonight.
