Mrs. Ivan Adkins of Plainview received a nylon gift after a traffic stop as part of a new Plainview traffic safety push. A Greensboro High Point Airport Authority public hearing notice outlines a proposed Routh Field airport in Guilford County with two runways, 1800 and 1450 feet, to be heard at 3 30 P M on May 3 1946 at the airport administration building.
