High Point Sets Water Rates In 1920 Ordinance
The City Council of High Point North Carolina amends Section 128 of the water and sewer rates to introduce a minimum flat monthly charge starting April 1 1920 for inside city limits 1.00 and outside 1.25 Then from June 1 1920 rates rise to 2.00 inside and 2.50 outside The ordinance signed by City Manager Br Pickett dated March 16 1920 and published 3 27.
