Nazi Agents Are Sentenced In Detroit

In Detroit five people plus others linked to a wartime espionage plot received prison terms. Grace Buchanan-Dineen led the group, with Theresa Behrens getting 20 years after fainting in court. Others included Emma Leonhardt, Carl Leonhardt, and Walter Abt with 5 to 10 year terms. The eight-strong conspiracy sought war info for Nazi Germany. RAF bombers hit Berlin in largest raid in 12 months
