The High Point City Council adopts an amendment to section 128 of the 1915 water and sewer rates. Beginning April 1 1920 the minimum monthly charge is 1.00 inside the city and 1.25 outside. Starting June 1 1920 the rates rise to 2.00 inside and 2.50 outside. City Manager R L Pickett signs the ordinance on March 16 1920.
