Final Decision On U S Participation In Geneva World Court Talks
Washington disclosed an outline of administration views on American involvement in the Geneva conference set for September to discuss U S reservations to the world court. Participation depends on whether discussions modify or interpret the reservations, with Kellogg and others weighing steps after talks with President Coolidge and Senate leaders. The State Department says the league council cannot bind or modify U S policy and any action would be a separate intergovernmental meeting among nations adhering to the reservations.
