Stanley Thomas Jasosky, 19, of Newark, was held on $25,000 bail on a charge of attempted extortion in the kidnapping of 12 year old Peter Levine of New Rochelle. He was arrested by Newark detectives and FBI agents and removed to Hudson County jail after arraignment. Levine vanished February 24.
