Washington March 18 The Elks War Relief Commission pledges 150000 to extend vocational retraining for disabled soldiers sailors and marines. The Federal Board for Vocational Education says further aid will be provided if needed. Fifty thousand dollars of the fund will be loaned to disabled men to begin training immediately with maintenance while government compensation is determined.
