New York March 15 The American army cannot capture Villa says prominent Mexicans familiar with the country. Villa has retreat routes through Chihuahua deserts and mountains, and can evade 100000 pursuing troops by hiding in rocky arid terrain and various hideouts. Analysts note Villa’s knowledge of the land and his supply lines make pursuit unlikely.
