Magistrate Orders Two Erring Lambs To Sunday School

T M Roberts Rites Set At Kernersville
Funeral services for T M Roberts former High Point resident who died at Winston Salem hospital will be held in Kernersville this afternoon at 3 oclock. Roberts worked as a druggist at Ring Drug Company before moving to Kernersville. He had been ill ten days with a complication of diseases. Surviving is his widow Ida Herman once a Newton teacher.

Print Exhibit Opens Today At High Point
The first annual High Point Photographic Print Exhibition opens this afternoon in the old Elliott 8S Wood Furniture building on East Commerce Street. About 100 large prints will be on display daily 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. today and noon to 6 p.m. for the rest of the week. A Tuesday night color film program is scheduled at 8 o'clock with free admission. The exhibit precedes a statewide show May 1 to 7. Public voting will determine the most popular print. Eccles D. Everhart serves as general chairman and J. W. Robertson as Camera Club president. Judges are Louis F. Voorhees and Thomas E. Dodamead. Prize ribbons are listed for Action, Professional, Landscapes, and Pictorial categories, with several named artists and titles including Fire by Eccles D. Everhart and Lake of Summer Palace by Arthur Kirkman.

Millis plans to form a local committee with J L Sutter to recruit Chamber of Commerce and building industry partners to promote the FHA housing program. The revised act offers insured loans for repairs up to 10000 and new homes up to 2500 in rural areas, or 6000 appraisals for new residences with 90 percent insurance, plus terms up to 25 years.
