Four Year Sentence Given To Man Perry of Hoover Street
Fred James Perry of Hoover Street received a four year active prison term in Superior Court after pleading guilty to two counts of non felonious breaking and entering. Judge Hubert May sentenced Perry to two years on each count with the second to run after the first. Five other young men pled guilty to various felony charges, with four given suspended sentences and restitution orders, while Herbert C Moore, who pleaded guilty to uttering a forged check, also received a suspended term and probation.
