Subdivision Law Revision OK'd by City Commission
The commission approved a plan to rewrite subdivision rules to set minimum lot sizes for residential parcels with water or sewer. After annexation in 1960 the area allowed 20 000 sq ft minimum, but officials consider lowering to 15 000 sq ft or requiring re zoning for smaller lots.
