Mitchell Gets Six Months On Roads In Whiskey Case
Oscar Mitchell white faced Judge A. Kirkman on three charges in municipal court transporting whiskey operating an automobile while intoxicated and violating a city traffic ordinance. He was found guilty on all counts sentenced to six months on the roads automobile ordered confiscated pistol turned over to police fined 50 and costs suspended in the traffic case. Bond set at 1200 Mitchell arrested early yesterday with three gallons of whiskey claiming sickness. officer testified he was intoxicated and the pistol was in the car with liquor. He appealed through counsel T. J. Gold.
