The J. T. Mann unit of the American Legion Auxiliary will meet with Mrs. Lula Raper and Miss Earline Robinson at 50 C William and Mary Apts on Thursday at 7 30 p.m. The group plans the annual fashion show at the home with a 6 30 p.m. dinner.
Thelma Johnson of Wilmington, president of Rebekah Assembly of North Carolina, was honored by Magdalene Rebekah Lodge with a supper and a 200 percent eye bank contribution certificate. The event featured talks on Three Links and Odd Fellowship, with plans noted for the May Wilmington assembly and a Greensboro district gathering.
The High Point Republican Women's Club postpones the meeting planned for tomorrow to March 13. Host is Mrs. Paul Collins of 607 Westchester Drive.
