High Pointer Builds Busy Model Railroad at Home
Ray Wardell, with 27 years in model railroading, operates a large home layout at 111 Gatewood Ave. His basement table holds eight by ten feet of track where about 60 freight cars and advanced rolling stock run. Wardell, aided by six year old friend David Leland Smith, adds equipment each Christmas and draws visitors from Baltimore New York and Washington who enjoy the display.
