Out of town guests included Albert Whalers of Chicago J P Erwin and Kitty Erwin of Sanford J P Erwin Jr of Durham Dr Hugh Hunsucker of Greensboro and Lin Tilley of Rocky Mount. Punch was served by Miss Hightower as guests enjoyed the reception.
