Brunswick County Superior Court Judge Robert Browning ruled against Reeves Telecom Corp challenging Boiling Springs city responsibility for dam repairs that drained a 250 acre lake. The ruling means the developers must repair the dam if they proceed, but does not guarantee restoration of the lake or water.
