An elderly couple Joseph Palmisano 65 and wife Sabina 63 were found dead in their second floor St Louis apartment. A note by Mrs Palmisano spoke of being unable to afford a home and called their death a cowardly escape. The couple left a note pleading for help for the sick and aged and named a few relatives and a doctor as kind to them. No signs of violence were found and investigators sought answers about their deaths.
