High Point board of adjustment will act Thursday on erecting a doctors and dentists clinic on Quaker Lane near High Point Memorial Hospital after City Attorney Grover Jones ruled the board has authority under existing ordinances. Public opposition centered on potential commercial uses, not the project, with promoters promising no commercial features such as a pharmacy.
