Ray Henry, former AP reporter, built Plus Publications into a Washington DC based firm offering eight specialized newsletters. The Older American Report launched Nov 22 1976 and by Jan 3 100 agencies subscribed at 87 dollars a year. Henry projects a newsletter takeover in five to seven years as newspapers lack space for in depth aging coverage.
