IDAHO FALLS AP The Teton Dam burst Saturday sending a 15 foot high muddy flood downstream. Towns Sugar City and Rexburg were inundated and thousands evacuated while 25 square miles appeared underwater from the air. By 4 pm the debris filled water reached the Snake River.
