Supreme Court Ends Term Amid Vacation Hopes and Controversy
The Supreme Court closes its 1940-41 term with six cases left for decision before a four month recess. Key items include appeals by the Los Angeles Times and labor leader Harry Bridges from contempt convictions, and a challenge to the Denison Dam project.
