The White House said Cuba will release the hijacked Pan American Airways Boeing 707 and its 68 passengers and crew in Havana on Wednesday after the jet was hijacked Saturday en route from Caracas to Miami. Cuban fishermen held in Florida on charges of fishing in American waters were linked to the incident as a possible exchange.
