Testimony By Party Is Blocked In Hearst Case
William and Emily Harris rested their case without calling a witness blocking Patricia Hearst from testifying. Hearst had offered to testify without immunity and would be called as a rebuttal witness. Prosecutors said she would turn state's evidence though she remains co defendant on kidnapping robbery and assault charges.
