Twenty four High Point residents join an Alumni Assn sponsored Hawaiian Holiday Tour. Piloted by Capt Whitman C Kearns, the group leaves Greensboro Regional Airport and returns Aug 6 staying at the Nikai Hotel Waikiki Beach. The itinerary features Pearl Harbor Circle Island and a twilight dinner cruise. Also noted is a July 19 golden anniversary for Lawson M Wright and spouse with a 100 guest reception at First United Methodist Church.
