Sears Catalog Cuts Prices in New Fall Winter Book
W H Hessee reports Sears Roebuck and Co. cuts average prices by .15 per cent in its 1,526 page fall and winter general catalog. TheHigh Point area stores receive the heaviest Sears book in 37 years weighing five pounds with 20 percent of pages in four colors. The price decrease comes from comparing over 2,000 items to the spring and summer 1937 edition issued last January.
