Lions Club Picnic Outing Highlights Dinner and Guest Speaker
The High Point Lions club held a picnic at the H A Cecil farm with Major R M Cowan of the Salvation Army as speaker. Music by J M Harris and Gene Baird complemented the evening. J B Fink led the meeting in President Rankin's absence as he attended Lions International in Chicago. New member J H Kalte joined the club and Dr McLean B Leath Jr was a guest. Robert H Smith led the program and L W Flythe won the bulletin prize. A brief directors meeting followed.
