Kuwait Sees Hijacked Jet Refueled Only If Hostages Freed

North Carolina to receive 72 million in federal road funds

North Carolina will gain more than 72 million dollars in federal highway aid starting Oct 1, 1977. The breakdown includes 32.6 million for the consolidated primary system, 12.3 million for rural secondary roads, and 10.8 million for urban roads, with additional funds for hazard elimination and crossings and 2.9 million for interstate resurfacing in 1979.
