A New York court found heiress 19 Juarez in contempt of court for defying a state Supreme Court order to bring her 1-year-old daughter Bianca to New York for a three month visit. Juarez, estranged wife of Gregg Juarez, was jailed after the custody dispute. Sol Rosenblatt represents her.
The lawyer stated Juarez did not rent a New York suburb house as promised and planned to keep the baby in a Park Avenue apartment. The court fined the heiress $250 and said she could dodge jail by paying the fine and yielding custody to her husband, or by avoiding New York.
