Annual Bankers Conference Opens Sunday at University
Plans have been completed for the 12th Annual Bankers conference at the University of North Carolina from Sunday July 11 to Friday July 16. The five day program features a Trust School and a faculty of nine Rutgers University Banking School instructors led by M J Brines T Allen Glenn Jr Louis Headley William Neal Gilbert Stephenson Joseph White and A L M Wiggins.

Unwed Mother Awarded Estate After Fraudulent Adoption Ruling
Bridgeport Superior Court Judge Patrick B. O'Sullivan ruled yesterday that a New York adoption fraud made an unwed mother the foster sister of her own son. Katherine T. Hill, of New York, gains sole rights to her son Robert Hill's $14,000 estate, the result of a negligence award from an automobile crash. The decision hinges on Robert's birth out of wedlock in 1927 and the grandparents' fraudulent adoption via a misrepresented surrogate court filing.

Non-Commissioned Men Get Housing Project At Bragg
Ft Bragg officials reclaim the Honeycutt place housing project covering 86 acres in Fayetteville for non commissioned officers and their families. The 477 units house about 3000 people with no evictions planned as officers and government workers will be replaced.
