In Bellaire Ohio, fresh flames forced sealing of the Powhatan Mine entrance after 64 miners remain trapped since the fire began at 1 p.m. yesterday. Rescue crews had cut a 500 foot tunnel to reach them, but authorities say no one can have escaped alive.
