Robinson Proposes New Supreme Court Bench Additions and Quick Appeals
The plan adds one justice per year to the Supreme Court and permits increases of other federal judges ages 70 and above, with a 20‑judge cap. It also creates a court proctor to study litigation volume and suggests expedited appeals on constitutional questions about federal statutes. Assignments to courts outside a judge’s commissioned district would avoid disrupting current duties.
