Grant Funds Birth Defects Center In Chapel Hill
In North Carolina last year about 7,500 babies were born with defects, from color blindness to brain and heart disorders. Forty patients joined the Birth Defects Treatment Center at NC Memorial Hospital, the state’s only center of its kind, as a $35,843 March of Dimes grant funds another year of operation.
