The Supreme Soviet was summoned to meet in Moscow on February 3. Signed by chairman Kliment Y. Voroshilov, the decree calls the session the second of the present Soviet, elected last year. Its aim is to approve the government budget as livestock production for the year is expected to rise about four percent from 1953.
