Lamberts Celebrate Golden Wedding in Acorn Ridge Event
Mr and Mrs Joe C Lambert marked their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house in the Acorn Ridge Baptist Church fellowship hall hosted by their children. The couple wed December 23 1921 and have 44 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren. one son Durward Lambert serves in Thailand and their eldest son died in Germany in 1944. Mrs Mort Seligman of Portland Maine visiting their home before heading to Miami then Fort Lauderdale en route to Portland.

Robins Club Installs New Officers At Dinner
The Robins Club held a Thursday dinner and service at the YWCA to install new officers. Officers sworn in include Mrs. Larry Johnson president Mrs. Terry Duncan vice president Mrs. Marie Reece secretary Mrs. Frank Campbell treasurer Mrs. J. C.
