Policeman Nichols Linked to 1957 Wytheville Burglary
Prisoner Rothschild testified in Wytheville Circuit Court that officer Jesse Willard Nichols helped plan the May 1957 Mick or Mack supermarket burglary. Rothschild identified accomplices William Furman Patterson of Greenville and Ben Easterling of Dallas, noting Easterling was later killed in Shreveport.
