The Emerywood Country Club plans its January dinner dance for next Saturday January 2. Howard Vonstein and his orchestra from Winston-Salem will provide music. Club functions will run through the week to support the event.
Mr and Mrs Walter Sohnchen of 1425 Wiltshire Blvd left yesterday for New York to visit Mrs Sohnchens sister and brother in law Theo Heller in Mt Vernon NY They will celebrate their 25th anniversary with relatives gathering at the Heller home and return to High Point about Jan 27.
