Attendance Change Noted In Winter Furniture Mart
Enterprise staff writer reports a shift in attendance at the winter furniture market in High Point last week. Leo J. Heer says regional markets remain strong, with eight to ten percent fewer stores than last year but about 1,800 to 2,000 stores still active in January and July markets. He cites regional geography and retailer-driven dates as key factors and asserts continued growth potential for Southern markets.
